1. Deep drawing

A stamping process that converts flat raw materials or process parts into hollow parts, or further changes the shape and size of hollow parts. The core part of deep drawing mainly relies on the material located outside the bottom of the convex mold flowing into the concave mold.

A stamping process that uses hardware stamping molds to trim the edges of the forming process, making it have a certain diameter, height, or shape.

3. Punching

A stamping process that separates waste from a material or workpiece along a closed contour to obtain the required holes in the material or workpiece.

4. Flanging

A stamping process that involves flipping the shape curve around to form a side standing short edge.

5. Flipping hole

A stamping process in which the material is turned into a side flange around the inner hole.

6. Blanking

A stamping process that separates materials along a closed contour. The separated material becomes a workpiece or process piece, most of which are planar.

7. Plastic surgery

A stamping process that relies on the flow of materials and changes the shape and size of the workpiece in a small amount to ensure the accuracy of the workpiece.
